At Happy250, every product is made-to-order with care and pride. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

To submit a claim, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

LOST PACKAGES

If your order is lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery, please reach out to us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue — either through a reshipment or a full refund.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send you the correct item right away.

HOW REFUNDS WORK

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
