At Happy250, every product is made-to-order with care and pride. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. To submit a claim, please contact us with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
